Just released on 14 Apr, the Bedok cat killer is already starting to menace the community and the cats:
I spoke to one of the caregivers in Bedok and asked how the situation has been since the Bedok cat killer was released. According to her, he made a threat against one of the caregivers.
In the corresponding comments, this one is most disturbing:
